Register by completing the registration form under the Register Tab. Registration is not complete until payment or arrangement for payment is made.
Deadline to register is 14 days prior to class date unless otherwise stated
Payment - Effective August 1, 2017, payment is due 14 days prior to class unless other arrangements are made. Payment can be made online through the website with a card. Checks should be made payable to: Natural Therapies CE and mailed to 271 Emily Lane, Bell Buckle, TN 37020.
Cancellation Policy An administrative fee of $25.00 will be retained with any cancellation or refund. Cancellation 10 days prior to class date will receive full refund minus $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations within 10 days of class will not be refunded. Refunds will be mailed within 5 business days.
Cancellation of Courses It is never our intention to cancel a course but sufficient enrollment must be met in order to present any course. Natural Therapies Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the case of a course cancellation you will be notified by email or phone of the cancellation 10 days prior to the scheduled class. Full refund will be issued.
Issuance of Certificates Certificates cannot be issued for partial attendance. Please allow ample time to arrive early and you must stay until the class is completed.
Duplicate Certificates There is a $5.00 fee for duplicate or replacement certificates or a transcript can be emailed with no charge.
