Course Description Provides training and hands-on experience for learning to heal yourself and others with the Universal Life Force Energy. Students will learn: *The history of Reiki *Grounding * Energy healing *Energy scans *Chakras *Hand positions *How to perform treatments on self and others *Ethics *The class will end with hands-on practice Students will be provided with Reiki Level 1 attunement, manual, certificate showing you are a Certified Reiki Level 1 practitioner
Tables are not provided so you will need to bring your own along with sheets and blankets. If you do not have access to a massage table we will do our best to pair you with an LMT with a table for practice. No oils or lotions are needed. Please wear comfortable and unrestrictive clothing. Please feel free to bring something to drink and a snack. We will take a one hour lunch break.
